Photo Editor in Office 2003?

Hi I was wondering if anyone knew how to install
Microsoft Photo Editor with the new Office 2003
Professional? I noticed there is a new Picture Manager
program, but I do not want this one because you cannot
make selections of parts of the picture, etc.

Microsoft Photo Editor has been discontinued as a Microsoft Office component
in Office 2003.
A new component in Office 2003 is Microsoft Picture Manager 2003. While
Picture Manager 2003 is not primarily an image
editor as was Photo Editor, it does have some image correction and editing
features.
