I need to change the format of a digital photo from bitmap to jpeg. Please
tell me how to do this. I've seen it done but can't figure it out.

You can paste it into Windows Paint, and then 'save as' a jpeg file..

Hi,

I tried the MS Photo Editor but when I tried to 'save as' it would not give
me the option of a jpeg. That's all I have for photos. How else can this be
accomplished?
