Office Picture Manager is included in all editions of Office 2003 and Office
2007. However, installation may not occur by default.
In Windows Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, select Microsoft Office and
click on Change. Under Office Tools, select Picture Manager and choose Run
on My Computer. These directions are for Windows XP with Office 2007. The
process for Vista and Windows XP with Office 2003, may differ somewhat.
