photo resolution and file size for slides

Bryan

What size should my photos be edited to in order to be used as full screen
slides? I don't want white space around the photo and I don't want to lose
any edge image. I also want to make the file size as small as possible
without losing visual quality. Photos will not be printed.

It depends on the resolution of the monitor/projector and video card. If
your monitor and video card are like mine, then you want 1024 x 768
pixels. Ignore inches and dpi.
