Photo Site Using Frontpage

I want to do something similar to the site above, using my index page like
above with viewer comments but still keep my albums/galleries like I've got
them.

Is this possible with Frontpage??

Jill, I think it will depend on your knowledge of how to use php. I don't,
so may be wrong about that.
