Photos are stretched during show

Hi,
I've made a presentation with many photos (most of them scanned). When I am
working on the presentation I see the photos okay. But when running the
slideshow they are like stretched vertically. I see the faces and figures are
longer. I am using Powerpoint 2007. Anybody of you who knows what I have to
do to change this?

Lupe, I can make that happen if I go to Slide Show | Set up Show and change
the resolution from the default of Use Current to something funky. I don't
think that Design | Page Setup could be responsible for this condition; if
you changed the page size in the middle of a project, your photos should
show up as distored in Edit mode, also (i.e. when working on the slides).

I'd like to hear how others weigh in. The Resolution setting in Set Up Slide
Show is the only thing I can think of...

Sorry for replying this late, but you were right. It was the resolution.
When I reset it to default it worked great. Thanks for your valuable input.
