Phrase searching should work

If I enter "view source" (including the double-quotes), I should only get
results only with the phrase "view source" in them, such as viewing the
source of an email in Outlook. At the very least, I should get results that
contain the words 'view' AND 'source' within them. I should NOT get results
that contain 'view' OR 'source' within them.

If phrase searching is available but doesn't use double-quotes, what is the
format necessary for using it?

This works correctly in Word 2003. Perhaps you should mention where
(which MS Office application and the version) you seem to be having
difficulty with.

I agree that this behavior is infuriating. When you get a specific error
message, for example, and you're trying to key in on a specific phrase, the
last thing you want is for anything and everything matching any word you
type. There really ought to be a way to search for a specific phrase using
the built-in and online help system. Alas, I know of none.
