Does anyone know why the rolled up value for Physical %
Complete sometimes works and sometimes does not?
When it does not work, regardless of the Physical %
Complete values placed in the subtasks, the rolled-up
value always stays at zero. On other schedules, it
works.
My earned value method is set to Physical % Complete.
Any ideas?
