Pick recipients?

I'm only a week or two into my Entourage usage and something just came
up which has me baffled. I wanted to forward a message but after
clicking "forward" I got the usual selections of "to, cc and bcc" but I
couldn't find any way to get my address book visible to select
recipients. I experimented for quite a while and not being able to find
any method to open the address book within the forwarding process, I
thought, perhaps, I need to add address book to the toolbar but it
wasn't in the listing of items to be added. As I can't imagine why
there's no way to open the address book when forwarding mail, I can only
guess that I'm missing something which should be obvious but--to me
anyway--isn't. Help, anyone?

Just start typing and Entourage¹s autofill will bring up choices. It learns
from what you type and will remember up to 200 names.

You can also select to show the mini Address Book by clicking on the icon to
the right of ³Check Names² right above the ³to² line.

Oops, forgot to TOTALLY explain...the icon did show up at first but (and I
can't remember why on the particular message I wanted to insert something
before I addressed it) once I'd pasted something to the message, the address
book icon was no longer there and I couldn't find any way to get it back.

Thanks for the help...it is appreciated and I'm thinking more and more that
I'm gonna be really disappointed when Office removes Entourage. ;-(
