Picture Compression

Hi,

I understand there is a way to compress pictures inserted
into PPTs to make the overall PPT size smaller. How is
this done - a friend told me there should be a button on
the picture toolbar that is titled compress - I don't have
it. How do I get it? I am running PPT version 2003 SP3
9.0.6620.

The icon looks lik a picture with inward pointing arrows at each corner. If you
don't see the Picture toolbar, go to View > Toolbars and select Picture from the
list.
