picture does not view in word

images do not show up in word file, but shows up in print
preview. I can right click and showw picture but after
that it goes back to a blank image just an empty box with
no visual.

Hi Rowell,

If you're in Normal view only graphics that are
'in line with text' appear. If they also are missing
in Print Layout view turn off the Picture Placeholder
setting in Tools=>options=>View

thanks.. is this setting supposed to make the pictures
reapear in the word documnet..? thanks for you first

Hi Rowell,

If you're in print layout view then yes the
graphics should appear, unless you're using
EPS graphics in a version of Word earlier than 2002.
