Picture Editor

I am trying to edit an animated picute but when I click on picture properties and edit... it states that "No picute editor is configured". What I am trying to do is change the background color of the picture to black. If I edit it in another program and save it, it is no longer animated and says color of the picture will not be the same do I want to continue to save? I have never used frontpage before. Help!

You have to use a Animated GIF editor to change the image and keep the
animation.
