picture gallery thumbs

When I publish a picture gallery all seems fine until you
click a thumbnail and...no big picture just a little one??

I am clueless
Have pitty and tell me how to fix this

did you upload the large version of each thumbnail (they are separate files).

There is nothing so boring as seing the larger photo open on a new 'blank'
page, in the yop left corner. Why not consider something else.
