Picture gallery

is there any way to create a picture gallery in publisher for the web so I
only have to insert a folder not the individual pictures on a page?

I am not sure what you are asking, but you cannot insert a folder of
anything into a Publisher page.

You could insert a code fragment to link to and run a Jalbum gallery. Google
JAlbum. Also Porta makes one that works pretty well and is perhaps easier to
setup.
