Picture in Footer Keeps Moving Out of Footer When I close And come Back to it

I have a company logo that keeps moving out of the footer area for some reason. It keeps moving up instead of staying there. This is a big problem because I need to send these proposals off via email. Any suggestions??

Are you sending these documents as email attachments, or as the body of the email? If it's the former, there's no reason for the logo to move. If it's the latter, the problem is due to the fact that email message bodies don't support page headers and footers.
