Picture in the Background

Someone sent me a ppt that uses a picture as the background. Is it possible
to get that picture "out" and use it somewhere else? Thank you.

Your best course of action is to contact the person that created the
backgound image and ask for permission to use it and ask them to forward the
original.

Did you try to go under View, Master, Slide master and click on your image?

Assuming that youre not breaching copyright have you tried right click > save
background?

I would suggest that if doesn't allow you to right click and save image as,
then try right clicking on the image and ungroup it as far down as poss. Then
clicking so you've got the background as the only object selected.
