picture link in database

I have a database with a text field in which is filled in the filename
of a picture that is related to that row. The pictures are in a separate
folder, each picture has its unique filename in that folder.
The text field in which the picture filename has to be filled in is
displayed in the form for that row.
How can I make it possible to show that picture in that form in which
the filename is filled in?
I use MS Access 2010.
