picture manager dpi settings

Photos that have a 200 DPI will not open in Picture Manager, why is this? It
is just a black space if it is black and white photo, and colored lines for
colored photos. I cannot change the DPI on the photos, so was wondering.
They open in picture and fax viewer.

Must be something wrong on your system. "200 dpi" files open fine here.
Download an install Irfanview from the web and play around with that editor.
