picture manager - how do i combine 2 images

Hi there

I want to put 2 jpegs ( seperate pictures side by side in office manager and
then crop/resize to make only 1 image
can someone help

You need to use a proper editing program. This can be done in MS Paint, albeit
not well. www.irfanview.com is free with its plug-ins and can do what you are
asking.

www.getpaint.net is free too and can combine two images.
