My proposal covers launched in Picture Manager, but with about 2" of the top
and bottom cut off. I can open the picture correctly in Photoshop or Paint,
but not in Picture Manager, PowerPoint, or Word. Is there a setting of some
sort that needs adjustment? Others can pull up the file on their computers
it shows correctly in the same programs (PowerPoint, Picture Manager, etc.)
