Picture Manager truncates TIF files

Hi, folks. Have a strange issue with MS Picture Manager. When we receive
files from a graphics designer for a cover for a proposal, they open by
default in Picture Manager. Unfortunately, PM then truncates the top and
bottom of the image, cutting off portions of the top and bottom. Oddly, I
just tested, and it also happens in Microsoft Image Composer. BUT - if we
open them up in Microsoft Document Imaging, they open correctly.

The problem comes when the user opens them up in PM and saves the TIF - the
image gets saved incorrectly. I guess my option is to uninstall PM - but I'm
also curious what makes it behave like this. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hi Chinghis,

Hmmm, I've not seen that particular issue before but
don't think that having the old MS (Office) Image Composer installed would
affect MS Office Picture Manager. Do you have a URL to a
graphic that you're seeing this on?
