Picture Manager-Printing 4x6 Photos

I am using the Picture Manager under Microsoft Office Tools (2003). Can
someone please tell me how to resize a picture so that it will print
completely on 4 X 6 paper in my HP Photosmart 2575 printer? I am having
trouble setting the pixels on resize properly.

And, if I may throw another question in here, does Office Tools
(particularly the Picture Manger come with Office 2007)?

Have you considered using the software that came with the printer?
And yes, the Picture Manager is included in 2007.

Yes, I have but it doesn't want to install under Windows 7 64 bit. Will
have to wait on that until HP decides to issue a Win 7 64 bit version.
Tried the Vista version but it was no go also.

In my HP Photosmart 7100 series paper selection is part of the printer
driver.

Yes, the driver for the printer is not the problem. Installed it with no
problem. I am having trouble installing the software for the printer. I am
running the 64 bit RC. Maybe after 10/22 or thereabouts, it will install
fine. No big deal I have several workarounds to do what I want to do.
