Picture manager prints a blank page

When I print a picture, manager opens the print wizard and seems to take the
proper steps but the page is blank.

If you open the picture in another program such as Paint, does the image print?

Yes! Also, my digital camera uses Digimax Viewer 2 and it prints
fine,however, I have a Visioneer One Touch 8600 Scanner and when I try to
print from there it too prints a blank page.
