Andreas

Hi there,

we have installed office 2000 and after that outlook 2003. if we try to use
the "send to office" function within picture manager outlook 2003 is the only
application we kann select. the problem seems to be the registration of the
office components. we try the repair feature of Office 2000 but the problem
is still there.

any suggestions?

Picture Manager is 2003, Outlook is 2003. That should work just fine.
Office 2000 on the other hand will likely not work.

In Picture Manager, File, Send to, Microsoft Office I have more applications
than just Outlook 2003 listed. Help you tried opening Picture Manager and
using Help, Detect and Repair?

Hi Andreas,

Were Office 2003 and Outlook 2003 installed separately?
If so, see if changing the Outlook settings in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control panel to not include Picture Manager and
then to have it set as 'Run from my PC' in the Office 2003 area of Add/Remove programs helps after a restart of the PC.

On a reinstall the registry entries aren't cleared, so you may want to use the MSI Registry cleaner for Office then do a reinstall
scenario.

On the computers with only prior versions of Office with Outlook 2003 there is limited support for working between Outlook 2003 and
the older Office apps. Also, if any of the PCs are running on Windows 2000, there won't be a print capability in Picture Manager.
