picture manager should be available, it's great, I'd pay for it.

I use picture manager in work everyday and it is very easy to use. I have
Office XP Professional at home and would like to have access to picture
manager . Is there some way to get it without the cost associated with going
to Office 2003?

No, it is not sold as a separate application.
