Picture printing black

There is a logo on my file and when I print it out it is coming out as a
solid black square. Why is this?

Check with the manufacturer's web site of your printer model for an updated
driver. Is it just this one image or are you having problems with other
graphics? What format, is it a .gif, .jpg or something else.
