Hi,

I have a database where is store pictures using OLE. Now when the user
inserts the picture the size of the image becomes very small, smaller than a
thumbnail. Now my client wants the picture to be big. I tried increasing the
size but the size of the OLE field increases but not the picture. Can you
help me. I got one solution from someone by not saving the pictures in the
database but to link them to a folder but my client insist on saving in the
database as he deletes them later.

Thanks

If you mean, that the picture is pixcelized when stretched, you may have such
a low resolution picture that you can not enlarge it without distortion, The
problem is the picture, not the Access program.

there is no problem with the pic. give me yr email i can send it to u so u
can be sure wht the problem is. I would suggest trying wht i have so tht u
can understand my problem. So here it goes.

Create a table and make a field of data type OLE Object
Create a form and add the field from the field list.
Now open the form in form view and then attach the picture.

Let me know wht happens as i am not getting the desired output. Also it
would be better if u can give me yr correct email address so tht i can send u
a snapshot of the pic i am getting. Also note the above steps were written
not to show u how its done but to show u how i have done it.

Thanks.

"Zoom" mode preserves the proportions.
