Picture Shapes - Word & PowerPoint 2010

I am very sad, as it seems that Picture Shapes has been taken out of Word and
PowerPoint 2010. Is it possible to have a Add-on for Picture Shapes - or is
it still there and I am not seeing it? I used Pictures Shapes extensively in
both Word and PowerPoint - one of my most favourite featrues on the Picture
Tools Format Ribbon. Picture Layout is very nice, but would still like to
have Picture Shapes option.

In PowerPoint 2010, Microsoft moved the shapes gallery to the Crop button on
the Ribbon, where making an image fit in a shape can done very easily
visually by choosing Crop to Shape.
