Picture showin on multiple pages

I am building a website in Publisher 2003. I've never had this problem before
but for some reason when I insert a picture on one page of my website, it is
showing up on all pages. Could you let me know how to fix this? Thanks!

Are you using a "Master Page"?
If so, DON'T.

Anything on the master page shows up on all pages

I'm not using a maser page. I couldn't find anything about synchronizing. I
deleted the picture and inserted it again. For some reason, It's working fine
now. Thanks for your help

If the problem is not a Master Page issue as discussed by Spike, it is
possible that your picture is in one of those obscure areas or parts of a
page where the content is 'synchronized' across all pages. I have never used
the built-in ability to insert default information about me or my company
and so haven't really taken the time to understand this feature that well
but for example you can insert a company logo across your web publication.

You might first try to select the picture and go to format and see if there
is an option to disconnect the synchronization. I don't remember exactly
where this is...

My second suggestion for to delete the particular picture box that is
replicating across all pages. Make sure it is gone from all pages. Then go
to the bottom of your page...or at least away from where you inserted the
picture the first time, and insert the picture into a new picture box. Then
drag that new inserted picture to where you want it on the page.
