picture shows on all pages of website, rather than just the one I

I am working in Publisher 2007 and having a problem with pictures/clip art. I
have 7 established pages on my site, I want to add a clip on the first page
only. When I add the clip, it shows on all of the pages. If I delete it from
one of the pages I don't want it on, the program deletes the one I want as
well. Also, if I leave the pictures on all of the pages, they don't show on
the web preview or subsequently on the mail. I have only had this problem
since using the 2007 version.

Are you using a "Master Page"?

In addition to Spike's question, try deleting the picture or clipart box
that you are currently using on all pages. Now go down to the bottom of the
page and insert a new picture or clip/art box, and then drag it up to where
you want it. Some things in some templates are from your personal or
professional information and are designed to propagate and synchronize
throughout the site automatically.

I am having this same problem. I don't know if I'm using a master page or
not. I have tried messing around with the master page, but it doesn't seem
to change anything.
