Picture stretch options 2007

Help me,

How can I change the Stretch options Offset (Left, Right, Top and
Bottom)properties of inserted picture programatically. Manully I could change
these by " Select Picture-> Right click -> Format picture -> Fill ".

Try the .TextureOffsetX & Y and the .TextureScale properties

It works, thanks. But "Tile picture as texture " is cheked ON. Is it possible
with out this cheked?
