Picture Tiling in a Report

I have a rectangular linked picture in my report. When I set the "size mode"
formating property to "Zoom" the picture tiles & I get 2 pictures tiled in
the imageframe. Sense there is no formating property to stop the picture
tileing in the reports how do I stop the tiling in a report??
Forms have the Tiling formating property (yes/No) did Micosoft leave
something out???
