Picture Transparency/Ghosting/Watermark

Hello, I'm having a problem essentially "Ghosting" an image into the deck. I
know you can set the background as transparent, but I'd like to also make the
image itself semi-transparent, kind of a watermark in essence. Wondering how
this is done, thanks for the help.

Two ways to get a semi transparent picture.

Insert a rectangle and give it a picture fill and set the transparency

Apply an emphasis transparency effect 'with previous' as the first animation
(only becomes transparent in show mode.)

Depending on the effect you need adjusting brightness / constrast mike also
work for you.
