picture upside down and backwards

hello! we are having an issue with pictures being upside down and backwards.
I've tried rotating...doesn't help with being backwards though. I looked
through the options in Word and couldn't find anything there...but possible I
missed it. Does anyone have any help?

Open the graphic in a graphic editor and fix it there. Then re-import to
Word.
