picture won't center exactly in a table

I have made a table with 3 columns and 6 rows. On one side I have questions
in each cell that do line up properly, on the next page (which will print on
the back side) I have pictures (small cross) that will not line up and center
exactly.

You will have to reposition your cross. What is on the left on the front will be
on the right on the back.
