pictures come in reverse color

In Powerpoint 2003 some pctures come like reverse color. red comes as blue. I
opened one of the jpg file in Microsoft Office Picture Manager,it came in
reverse color but the same picture came OK when I opened in Windows Picture
and Fax Viewer.

Can anybody suggest please, what is the problem.
