pictures in forms

Hello,

I use an OLE-field in my database.
To fill this field I right-click in my form on the control that is linked to
the Ole-field and choose insert object. In stead of seeing the object the
name and type of the object is shown. I tried .bmp .gif .jpg and .wmf but
they all show the same result.
Does anyone know what I do wrong?
