It appears that Office Picture Manager 2003 has not been upgraded in Office
2007. What software will be available for working with photos that are in WSS
Picture Libraries?

What work were you looking to do with photos in sites hosted on Office Sharepoint 2007 servers?

MS Office Sharepoint Designer 2007 (the replacement for MS Office Frontpage 2003) that is for creating and maintaining sharepoint
sites.

I'm uploading batches of pictures taken at remote project locations for
sharing with the rest of a team
