Pictures in Outlook properties

I'm running Exchange 2003 and want to have pictures associated with the
properties in Outlook. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Properties of what? What version of Outlook?

Properties of a contact from the global address list from AD.
Outlook 2003.

I figured out where to modify this. This is in details templates in
Exchange. However, it will not allow you to add a picture or URL object in
these templates. It will only allow you to add labels, text or drop downs.
I've done a lot of research yesterday and was unable to find any solution
that will allow for this.
