Pictures not showing up in older versions of powerpoint

I have a presentation created in PP 2003. Some of the images will not show up
when looking at the presentation on a pc running PP 2000. I saved the
presentation as a 97-2003 file and they still will not show up.

Any ideas on a solution?

You didn't mention that you were getting the "red X" but this might help you...
