I have some bitmaps I would like to use as command button images (arrows for
previous and next, and things like that). I would like a little flexibility
with color and size beyond what is provided with access, but am puzzled. I
would like a relatively small command button, maybe a quarter of an inch or
so. To that end I have created a bitmap (about 150 pixels per inch), and
sized it to about .2". However, when I add it to the command button, the
command button increases in size to about .42". Curiously, it goes to about
the same size whether the bitmap is .2", .25", .3", or anything smaller than
..4". Same thing if I add it as an image. If I add the bitmap to a Word
document it is the correct size, but I cannot find a way to control it in
Access. Does Access inhabit an alternative universe in this regard? Can it
be controlled, or at least influenced?
