I am attempting to do a brochure it has approz 40 little photos and I was
having no trouble until I tried to print it then it told me I had no enough
memory. I looked at the file size and IT WAS HUGE! I belive this must be
becuase of the photos - the worst thing is I am using Publisher 98 and that
does not have the capacity to decompress your photos - HELP , I have spent
countless hours on this brochure I really want to hurry up and print it!!!!!
but now I am unable - PLEASE HELP

(1) What do you consider huge?

(2) I could save it as a .pdf for you but you'd still have a file that was
"huge" if you'd ever need to open or edit it again..

Are you re-sizing the photos manually? Might be better to resample in an editing
program.

Break the publication into two separate files. Open another instance of Publisher,
copy, paste one of the pages. Delete the page you copied in publication A.

What version of Windows are you using?

Publisher 98 DOES have the capacity to DEcompress the photos. That is why
the filesize is so huge.

Publisher 98 does NOT have the capacity to compress images. That is again
why the filesize is so huge.

Suggestion: Use IrfanView or another graphics application to reduce the
resolution on the graphics a bit and delete and re-import them.
