Pictures viewing problem PowerPoint 2002

Why I can not view some pictures or graphs is I log in as
a user but do not have any problem if I log in as
administrator

Apparently, some functions of PowerPoint only work if you are logged on as
administrator:

It seems to depend on your version of Windows.
