Pictures won't show after uploading.

After I have uploaded my webpage to a web server, some pictures are not shown
in hte page. What could be the problem? What can I do to solve the problem?

It'd be much easier if you posted the URL with the missing images.
What kind of server are you hosted on?
What kind of image is it?..jpg, gif, png?
Check the image path on line see if it's correct.
Did you actually upload the image file?
....could be half a zillion things.

Thank you. Actually this was a test question that I could not figure out for
anything.

They could be the wrong format for the web.
The path to the image on the web (url) may be incorrect.
The most common error though is NOT uploading the actual image file (oops).
