How do I click on a small pic for it to open into a new window to the size
of the larger pic....any help would be appreciated..

There are several ways, but the easiest way is to insert your large image
into an html file and link to it ( Opening a new Window).

For more control over the size of the window, you could use Jimco's Spawn
program, which is located here:
http://www.jimcoaddins.com/addins.aspx

You can also just link to that picture. i.e. http://www.page.com/image.jpg
