What I do (assuming the values are in a column) is to apply a custom
filter to the values, choosing Does Not Equal and entering zero - the
zero values are hidden on the sheet, and do not appear on the pie
chart.
If the values change, eg. next month, just re-apply the filter (it is
not dynamic).
