Pin Yin

Hi!
I saw someone, in micrsoft word, click a few buttons and insert the pinyin
with tones above Chinese characters. The final result was both the characters
and the pinyin displayed. How do I do this? Thanks

You'd better ask your question in one of the newsgroups devoted to Word.
This one is for the database program, Microsoft Access, and it would
only be by chance that someone here would know the answer.
