If you don't respond with an appropriate link to public records documenting
a plea other than guilty to cyberstaling, everyone here is going to know that
you are, one more time, not telling the truth. But, to most here, that will
be no great surprise.

I wonder if telling the truth about your plea, about your probation and its
conditions are, in fact, conditions of that probation?

I technically didn't plead guilty.

As you have a reputation here for not telling the truth, not about technical
topics, nor about your actions, you may (or may not) understand why your
saying so does not carry a lot of weight.

So, perhaps you would just provide a link to the public record that shows
exactly what you did "technically" plead. That shouldn't be too much to ask
of someone who thinks he's as knowledgeable as you obviously do.

You don't need to demonstrate this to me, but if you expect to have any
shred of credibility in the newsgroup, you need to back up your claim with an
authoritative link.

As it is, because your untruths have been pointed out many times by many
people, only the new participants are likely to take you at all seriously.
Everyone else has been shown that you don't have a good grasp of reality, or
what the truth is.

This is your golden opportunity to demonstrate that you are not a liar about
your conviction/non-conviction, at least. You still will not have credibility
about your obsessive recommendation to "Switch to SQL Server" no matter what
issue the poster has described, until you follow some later advice.

authoritative link". That would be a baby-step beginning; then, you'd have to
post reasonable, rational answers when you choose to post (and demonstrate
that you aren't compulsive, fixated, obsessed with your "Switch to SQL
Server" campaign)>

You seem determined, convinced that you can hide the truth by proclaiming
"All I know is...". What's "known" by someone who's regarded as delusional
doesn't even carry the weight of a reasonable person's opinion, and surely
does not give any credibility to the statement. Back up "what you know" with
a link to the authoritative records, and maybe someone here might believe
something you have to say, sometime in the future. If not, just plan on
continuing to spit into the wind.

I request and suggest that those who have been responding to Mr. Kempf
refrain from doing so, at least for a period of a week or so, except for
polite refutation of egregiously erroneous advice he may post. And give
someone else the time to post such a polite refuation before you leap in.
There are those who believe that he thrives, not on his obsession with SQL
Server, but on argument, and that you are simply feeding his ego. Therefore,
I ask that you stop, for now, and see if they are correct.

According to your previous paragraph, only 1,999 of them in SQL Server.

I am a certified Microsoft Most Valuable Profession for Access, and there
are approximately 100 of us in the entire world; but if I posted egregiously
erroneous information regarding Access and SQL Server, as you have, my
credentials wouldn't warrant any credibility, much less "ultimate

Mr. Kempf, it has been pointed out again and again your erroneous statements
and claims, and your advice to users without knowing what their needs are.
Interjecting your "Switch to SQL Server" in threads where the question was
about specific Access features is distracting, discourteous, and disruptive.
There apparently were some posts that the authorities thought were credible
threats or you wouldn't have been charged.

There are quite a number of people who seem to be PO'd at your behavior, or

Interestingly, there is no one named Kempf at Microsoft's certification
website.There are only a few postings by anyone named Kempf on any of the
SQL-Server newsgroups, and the last one I found was almost 2 years ago
(11/06). Further, the guilty plea and subsequent court ruling is on the
Washington State court website.
