i ened up with a office pro 2003 that had holograms on all the disc. i mailed
those to the exchange site and have not recived any updates. does microsoft
email updates or contact by snail mail to tell you status of exchange??

No clue. We are just volunteers here. It's rare that a 'Softie pops in and
those who do probably couldn't answer that. Try contacting Microsoft
directly.
