Pivot and comparison with fixed values

How to compare some fixed numbers with pivot numbers ? In details:
- I have some allocations = volumes to sell = my plan = fixed numbers
- I have a pivot which retrieves data from mainframe automatically =
fulfilment
- I need to put numbers of my plan and numbers of fulfilment together =
see down

Product SalesGroup Month1 Month2 Month3 etc

pencils SG1 plan10_real8 plan12_real10
SG2 plan15_real12

I know I can´t input any number into pivot table but how to solve it ?
Pls give me some
idea to compare numbers which are on a paper close each other to have a
nice
excel dashboard report fro executive / nobody likes to look once plan
left and reality right

Perhaps you can set up a table with your plan numbers, then use the
GetPivotData function to pull data from the pivot table. There's
information in Excel's Help, and here:
